I offer one on one personal training, partner sessions, as well as small group classes.
Private personal training takes on a customized and focused approach, carefully designed based on the goals and assessments of each individual client. These sessions will be either 1 hour or 30 minutes to be determined by the trainer and client. Strict attention on proper form will be applied to maximize benefits while avoiding injuries.
Grab a partner with similar goals and fitness for partner or small group training. The cost is cut down for each participant, and it’s also a lot of fun to work out with a friend.
Online personal training is also offered. A workout program will be delivered to you electronically. This means that you can access your workout on your mobile devices at any time and in any location, which is a great for those that travel frequently or do not want to be restricted by gym operating times. Nutritional coaching and weekly calls are included.
