Push Up Burpees - 3 sets of 20 reps

Air Squats - 5 sets of 30 seconds
Stand with feet a little wider than hip-width apart, your toes turned out slightly, and your arms resting at your sides. Engage abs, bend knees, sink your hips down and back behind you as if you were sitting in a chair.
Butterfly Sit-ups - 50 reps
Assume sit up position with knees wide and soles of feet touching each other without rocking perfrom sit up. Lower slowly until shoulder blades reach floor.
